Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Poviss provides a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. This warranty is part of Poviss’s global warranty program and applies consistently across all applicable markets.
Covered defects may include, but are not limited to:
- Frame breakage
- Face cracking
- Edge separation or delamination
- Structural deformation resulting from regular play or impact during normal use
Cosmetic Wear:
Cosmetic issues such as minor surface scratches that do not affect performance, playability, or structural integrity are not covered under this warranty. Products with significant damage that directly impacts performance may be eligible for warranty evaluation.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and varies by product line:
- Neo Lite & Active Pro Series: 6 months
- Dominus Series: 12 months
- Warranty coverage is valid only during the applicable warranty period.
Eligibility & Limitations
This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:
- Is available only to the original purchaser
- Is non-transferable
- Requires valid proof of purchase
- Applies only to products purchased through authorized sellers
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use, misuse, or abuse
- Negligence or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Acts of nature or external causes
- Failure to follow provided care or usage instructions
- Poviss’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product, at Poviss’s discretion. Poviss shall not be liable for any direct,
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Returns & Early Replacement
If a defect is identified shortly after purchase, customers may be eligible for immediate replacement subject to verification. Poviss reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to assess eligibility.
Post-Warranty Support
After the expiration of the official warranty period, Poviss may, at its discretion, offer repair services or replacement components at cost. Availability and pricing may vary.
Shipping & Handling
For approved warranty claims, Poviss may cover shipping costs associated with warranty service. Poviss is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Poviss through official support channels and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Supporting images or documentation as reasonably requested
- Claims are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Poviss reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including repair or replacement.
Policy Modifications
Poviss reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
