Refunds

All refund requests must be approved after the item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment by the original purchaser.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Returns & Exchanges

All returns, exchanges, or refund requests require prior authorization from Customer Service.

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories.

Apparel must have original tags and cannot be returned if worn or washed.

Certain equipment (like net/balls/rubber) cannot be returned if opened, unless defective.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, except when the return is due to our error or product defect.
Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited before shipping.

If you change your mind after delivery, please follow the standard return process above.
Final Sale Purchases

Items marked as Final Sale (e.g., clearance or discounted items) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions for final sale items are made only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, if reported promptly.

Final sale items are also not eligible for price adjustments or price matches.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or due to our error:
• Assembled rackets / paddles
• Tables
• Rubbers / blades / balls / covers / cases / grips
• Glues / cleaners / edge tapes
